Yes, this is a Mizzou blog. We write about Tigers. Still, I have not hidden my respect for one Todd Reesing, Jayhawk QB. He's gutsy, tough, and is apt at coming up with big plays. He may not have been a great college QB, but he was fun to watch even if you were rooting against him every single snap of his career. Well, he doesn't play for KU anymore

Chase Daniel actually got to play tonight and made the most of it. His final numbers were: 6-8, 58 yards, 2 TDs, 0 INT, and 22 yards rushing. The non-Chase Redskin QBs combined for 9-21, 91 yards, 0 TDs, 2 INTs, and 2 yards rushing.

A lot has been written about Mizzou's fall from 12-2 juggernaut to 10-4 also-ran. Blame for the demise has been readily dished out - some say the defense was to blame; Eberflus especially. And so it begins. Chase Daniel got his white whale and now tackles an even more difficult task (no offense to Phil Johnson) of sticking on an NFL roster. This is NOT going to be easy.

While trying to make the Redskin roster, former BMOC QB1 hosted the Chase Daniel Elite Football Camp. Just more evidence that our own Benjamin Buttons is destined to coach for the Missouri Tigers - probably sooner rather than later.

Shrine Disaster….

So, this is how it ends? All-star games are painful to watch anyway, but watching Chase Daniel go out like this was especially awful. He's lost his mojo and more. Chase went 2 for 9 for 1 yard. 2-9, 1 yard. Seriously, that's his line. He had five possessions (maybe six), and unlike his QB teammates (Hoyer and Cantwell), didn't move his team at all. His passer rating, and remember he now holds the record
